How PestSorted works
We're a free matching service connecting homeowners with NEA-licensed operators, not a pest control operator.
What we do
PestSorted helps Singapore homeowners with termite and bed bug problems reach licensed pest control operators quickly. You tell us about the problem once. We pass it, with your consent, to up to 3 NEA-licensed operators who cover your area and handle that type of job. They contact you directly to inspect and quote.
What we don't do
- We don't inspect, treat or give pest control advice on site. Licensed operators do that.
- We don't set prices or guarantee operators' work. Your agreement is with the operator you choose.
- We don't sell your data or share it with anyone other than the operators matched to your request. See our Privacy Policy.
Who we match you with
We only work with companies that appear on NEA's list of registered Vector Control Operators. We check registration before adding an operator, and again from time to time. You can check any operator yourself on the same list.
How we're paid
Our service is free for homeowners. Operators may pay us a fee for introductions. We tell you this so you can weigh our matches. It doesn't oblige you to hire anyone.
The steps
- Submit the form or message us on WhatsApp with the pest, property type and postal code.
- We match your request with up to 3 suitable licensed operators.
- Operators contact you, arrange an inspection and quote. You choose, or decline.
