1. Our service
PestSorted (operated by [Registered company name, UEN]) is a free referral and matching service. We pass your request to independent, NEA-licensed pest control operators ("Operators"). We are not a pest control operator. We don't provide pest control services, inspections or treatment advice.
2. No guarantee
We don't guarantee that an Operator will contact you, or guarantee any Operator's availability, prices, results or warranties. Any contract for pest control work is between you and the Operator.
3. Prices and information
Price ranges on this site are published third-party figures shown for reference, with sources. They are not quotes or offers. General information on this site isn't professional advice. Rely on an inspection by a licensed Operator.
4. Referral fees
Operators may pay us a fee for introductions. Our service is free for you.
5. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information about the property and the problem. Don't submit requests on behalf of others without their consent.
6. Licence checks
We check Operators against NEA's public register, but you should also check an Operator's registration and technicians' licences yourself before work starts.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PestSorted isn't liable for any loss arising from work carried out by Operators or from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
